Working out on a daily basis can be beneficial to your health. Regular exercise can boost your energy level, improve your mood, control your weight, make you sleep better at night and lower your risk for such medical conditions as hypertension and cardiovascular disease. But, working out with a friend can be so much fun! Whenever you're working out with someone else, the intensity is always going to be greater than when you're alone. So this guy did the right and brought his puppy to the gym so they can work out together!

This little puppy wants to work out too. He's definitely helping out a lot! His friend is doing some chin-up workouts and to be honest they look like they are really hard to do! That’s why this puppy decided to help him and be his support while he is working out! He will never need to count his own reps again! Dogs make the best workout buddies.

Studies show that the energy dogs have can be contagious. So, if you’re feeling tired and not getting off the couch after a long day of work, your dog will give all the energy you need and do your best at the gym!

And here is a great idea! You want to work out but you don’t have a dog? Call the local dog shelter, ask them if you can take a dog for a walk or some kind of an activity! That way you will be doing a good deed and a good workout!
