• A voicemail was left on the Project Veritas Tip line on September 3, 2020

“…A new renter moved in & Ashley Biden was staying in this room. They found her diary, clothes, luggage, pills… the diary is pretty crazy, I think it’s worth taking a look at.”

The diary was then provided to Project Veritas.

• October 16, 2020- Project Veritas Emailed Joe Biden’s Campaign for comment

• October 23, 2020- Them Chief Legal Officer followed up.

• October 29, 2020- Ashley Biden’s Attorney, Roberta Kaplan responded & said “we should send to SDNY

• The SDNY opened an investigation into Project Veritas the same day

• November 8, 2020- PV returns all of Ashley Biden’s abandoned items to Florida local law enforcement

• November 4 & November 6 2020, pre dawn raids take place on three PV journalists

• Incidentally, New York Times National Security Reporter, Michael S. Schmidt contacts PV journalists immediately following the raids.

• 47 electronic devices were seized, cell phones, cell phones, & thumb drives

• No one from PV was arrested or charged with any crime.

• The SDNY was spying on Project Veritas journalist’s well before the FBI raids

• Using secret subpoenas, the SDNY was reading Project Veritas emails & deliberately hid that fact from a judge who barred the government from viewing Veritas’s documents
