Can recording be prohibited in Family Law Court that can permanently remove children w/o CL jury?

As I understand, a child was removed and legal records were fixed to remove identity connection between mother and her child.

Can courts, that get their authority from America's express trust document, the Constitution, restrict 1st amendment freedoms of those who wrote the Constitution? Wasn't the Constitution written to protect the liberty of the people rather than remove it? Aren't "We the People" to retain our rights up and until we do harm to another?
