Today marks Day 55 of my sobriety journey, and as I react to NF's 'Let You Down,' I'm diving into the depths of forgiveness—especially forgiving ourselves. It's easy to dwell on the past, on the help we couldn't accept, and the times we feel we've let ourselves down. But as NF's music often explores, the past doesn't have to be a prison.

I've realized that while others may forgive us, the harder journey is forgiving ourselves. Regrets can feel like hell, trapping us in what can't be changed. However, I believe we have the power to shape our now and future, learning from the past without being chained to it.

In this video, I reflect on the idea that there isn't a key to happiness—it's not locked away. Happiness, like many states of mind, is an open door, and it's our choice to walk through it. But it takes courage to cross that threshold.
