Humza Yousaf & Anas Sarwar: Scots leaders all white? That's not the real problem!

Scottish National Party leader Humza Yousaf and current Labour leader Anas Sarwar complained that senior positions in Scotland are filled by white people. Mr Humza was then told off by Elon Musk. But is race the problem? Or is it the cronyism of people like them?
