Making beef pulao in a pressure cooker is quite convenient and speeds up the cooking process. Here's a simple recipe:

Ingredients:
- 500g beef, cut into cubes
- 2 cups basmati rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 4-5 cloves
- 2-3 green cardamom pods
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat oil or ghee in the pressure cooker.
2. Add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
3. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
5. Add beef cubes and cook until they are browned on all sides.
6. Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates from the masala.
7. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pressure cooker. Stir gently to combine with the masala.
8. Pour in water and sprinkle garam masala powder. Stir gently.
9. Close the pressure cooker with its lid and cook on medium-high heat for 2 whistles.
10. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
11. Once the pressure is released, open the lid carefully. Fluff up the pulao gently with a fork.
12. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
13. Serve hot with raita or salad.
