Trailer Fishtails on the Interstate

Info from Licensor: "Guy driving a truck on the highway, hauling an overloaded flatbed trailer loses control and begins to fishtail. He spins out across all four lanes during rush hour traffic. Dash cam driver comes head to head with pickup truck barely missing him and his spilt load by mere feet. He was reported to highway patrol but they haven't caught him. He left gravel and pallets in the road that had to be cleaned up later by the DOT, which backed up traffic. This incident happened on I15 in Ogden, UT just north of the 31st off ramp."
