James Kitchen, CD's lawyer says: "Free speech is the cornerstone to a society that's worth living in...if there's no freedom of expression your quality of life is dramatically and directly effected...the loss of free speech means you live a life that's full of fear of the government, that's oppressive, that's stifling...but this case is about more than that...my client, I can't say his name, which disgusts me, he's lost his identity, and I don't think that's a coincidence, if you keep losing your freedoms and you keep losing your free speech, eventually the government is going to take your identity away too. And that's what they've done to this man, they've taken away his identity. He can't say who he is, I can't say who he is, that's a really serious problem.
