It's D-Day for Bob Iger and the Board of Directors at The Walt Disney Company, and they're circling the wagons for Iger -- the trades, the various big-name supporters, the big institutional share holders all coming out in favor of Iger and the board as it currently exists.

Nelson Peltz is nipping at Iger's heels, gaining the support of various funds and causing the trades to hedge their bets on who will come out on top. Will Iger prevail? Will Peltz and Rasulo get their chance to turn the company in a different direction?
