The video starts with describing the 5 ways that a defense can defend a ballscreen, then it talks about the 3 areas on the court that shots will come from, and lastly it goes through all 5 ball screen coverages and shows what shots will most likely be available based on the weakness of each coverage.

The 5 coverages are; Contain, Ice, Hedge, Switching, and Lock & Under. Each coverage has weakness that can lead to good shots, and being able to recognize what coverage a team is in allows the ball handler to make good decisions in a short period of time.
