Israel air strike kills hunger relief workers

Israel has a policy (which they obviously deny) of targeting NGOs helping Palestinians survive the deliberate ethnic cleansing operation underway to eliminate all Palestinians from Israeloccupied territories. As such they murder medical personnel, destroy all clinics and hospitals, and deny food, water, fuel, and medicines to the Palestinian population. Meanwhile, US and the rest of the "Western alliance" provide diplomatic and propaganda support to the Zionist regime, all while arming them to the teeth. Observe that in this case, the ABC News clip insists on calling this deliberate strike on aid workers a case of "Unintentional IDF casualties in Gaza".
