Ukraine loses over 500 troops as Western weapons fail to block “Russian Blitz”

The Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered defeat and deaths of soldiers in Donetsk. The Russian Defence Ministry said over 500 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in just one day in the fiercely fought region. Ukraine also lost a U.S.-made M113 armoured personnel carrier, as well as 27 vehicles. Meanwhile, the Russian Defence Minister announced Ukraine's losses since the start of 2024. Sergey Shoigu said that Ukraine has lost more than 80,000 troops and more than 14,000 units of military hardware since January.
