Prepare duck meat: Choose a fresh duck and wash it. You can choose to cut into small parts such as wings, thighs or grill the whole animal.

Spices: Before grilling, marinate duck meat with your favorite spices. The most common is to use salt, pepper, minced garlic, minced chili, molasses or some other spices to suit your taste. You can also use specialized spices for duck meat, such as the perfect seasoning for grilled duck.

Marinade: To marinate the duck meat more deeply, you can marinate the meat in selected spices for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.

Grilling: Before grilling, leave the duck meat at room temperature for about 30 minutes so it doesn't get cold inside. Next, place the duck meat on the grill or in the oven at high temperature (depending on the device and meat size, time and temperature may vary).

Temperature management: Make sure the grilling temperature is high enough to cook the duck meat evenly without drying it out. You can use the grill with top and bottom heat or adjust the way the meat is placed on the grill to control the temperature.

Grill evenly: Turn the duck over once or twice during grilling to ensure even cooking on both sides.

Check doneness: Use a grill ruler or knife to check the doneness of the meat. Duck meat should be cooked evenly without being pink inside.

Finish baking and enjoy: When the duck meat is cooked and has a nice golden color, take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit before enjoying.
