At Disney, the working relationship between then CEO Bob Chapek and then Chairman Bob Iger was a strained one. In the press, Chapek was frequently criticized for being a poor leader, inviting a lawsuit from Marvel star Scarlett Johnasson and for not valuing the importance of creatives to Disney’s success … but curtesy of the explosive CNBC expose, it has since transpired that behind all this negative PR, was ultimately none other than Bob Iger himself!

In this video, we will explore the growing tension between the two, as we go through Iger’s unwillingness to let go, Chapek striking back, and Iger resorting to outright sabotage, to the detriment of shareholders.
