Watch This if you have no time for your Spiritual MORNING ROUTINE
It's obvious that not every one of us has 3-4 hours every morning to do our perfect morning routine. So we have to be effective and efficient with our morning routine to get the best out of it.
And the whole point of these morning routines is to get in the STATE. What I mean here is that the whole point of these routines is to ensure that you let go of all the baggage, pain, and trauma, and raise your vibrational state that gives you the power and the ability to have immense focus in your daily tasks.
And this just requires 3-4 minutes; the whole formula is to let go and raise your state.
There are no rules; you can do anything that benefits you (except cocaine or any external stimulants, of course). You can play music, dance, jump around, jump on a trampoline, or just do simple breathwork. And when you implement breathwork, it's simple; inhale the good shit and exhale the bullshit. That's all it takes.
