Storm Shield Forecast morning update 3/26/18

The skies are clearing which will allow the sunshine to warm us up a little from yesterday, but temperatures will remain cool and below average this afternoon. Expect highs in the low 60s in the valley, mid-50s in the Kern River Valley, upper 40s in the south mountains and low to mid-60s in the desert.
