Ekrem Imamoglu said his re-election as Istanbul's mayor meant an end to "one-man rule" in Turkey. It represented a major defeat for the party of President Tayyip Erdogan and many believe it sets him up as his main rival - and a possible future head of state. Lucy Fielder has more.
