Rebuild the Port Washington Station WITHOUT Property Acquisition

One project being promoted by the MTA is a re-do of the terminal station at Port Washington. Without showing or describing anything, they make it clear that property acquisition will be necessary to allow storage of more trains in order to address capacity problems on the line. But the line's capacity problems are caused by it's single track configuration where no trains can pass, on a line that was built so it could be easily expanded to two tracks end to end in about 1900. Using the compact solution shown in this video it's possible to store twelve 12-car trains at Port Washington and still have a couple of tracks left over to serve passengers.
