The Resurrection and the Sabbath

A Christian is a follower of Jesus Christ. We follow Jesus by following His teachings, having been converted by Him. Jesus is the Standard Setter for the Christian, not the world or churches that borrow idolatrous and worldly traditions such as Easter, Christmas and Valentine. Sadly, many professed Christians gladly follow human traditions while they reject the plain Commandment of Jesus Christ. They follow the Easter Sunday and Sunday traditions but totally disregard God's seventh day Sabbath. Christ rebuked such hypocrisy. He said "But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men." Matthew 15:9
