Molto Mario: The Food Television Networks Italian Cooking Show. In the pilot we were introduced to pasta and in this episode we're going to be mastering pasta. It's the pillar of the Italian Kitchen, don't you know. And we're looking at ribbon pasta, the most regal of all pastas. It is pretty interesting that Italians link different shapes of pasta to different sauces. My philosophy is that everything goes with everything.

"The Pasta is the dish, the sauce is the condiment, Condimento" -Mario Batali. You can see Mario in his Hot Pants walking around as he shows how to make various italian pasta sauces. Still no website in this episode.
