He threw 289 punches and block or dogde all of them here. Definitely a good challenge for footwork/defense discipline and cardio pacing, but probably gonna drop force adjustment and his power/speed a little now to focus more on upping my cardio, punch speed, reaction time and varying my attack/footwork more. Probably either gonna up the rounds to 5min or start wearing wrist weights. Up for other challenge suggestions though
