One of the main reason for elbow pain is overuse. If you are involved in sports, hobbies and jobs that require repetitive hand, wrist or arm movements you may face this pain sometime in your life. Elbow pain may also be occasionally caused due to arthritis.

In this video, I have demonstrated exercises for reducing or getting rid of the elbow pain completely. These are the simple exercises which can be done at home to tackle tennis elbow, golfer's elbow and student's elbow. These exercises does not require any equipment. These exercises will also help to strengthen the muscles of elbow, forearm and wrist. These exercises are recommended to be done twice a day.
