10 simple exercises for frozen shoulder. These exercises are very effective to reduce frozen shoulder pain in short period of time as witnessed by my patients. These exercises can be done by people of all age group.

Frozen Shoulder is one of the most common shoulder problem I hear from my patients. These pains can hinder performance of daily activities. Frozen shoulder occurs in patients with diabetes, elderly people, people who had shoulder fracture or shoulder injury in the past followed by immobilization.

These exercises does not require any equipment. These exercises will help you to reduce the stiffness in shoulder joint along with improving mobility and range of motion in your shoulder. These exercises are recommended to be done twice a day. Once in the morning and second time while going to sleep.
