Simple exercises which can be done to get relief from ankle pain at home. These exercises are very effective to reduce ankle pain in short period of time as witnessed by my patients. These exercises can be done by people of all age group.

Ankle ligament sprains and plantar fasciitis are one of the most common conditions leading to ankle pain. These pains are caused by overuse, repetitive movements of the ankle which hinders ability to walk and stand. The common causes of ankle pain are ankle sprains, arthritis, muscle strain, Achilles tendonitis, flat feet etc.

These exercises does not require any equipment. These exercises will also help to strengthen the muscles of ankle and surrounding regions. These exercises are recommended to be done twice a day.
