These conditions can lead to stiffness in the back, reduced range of motion, tightness in the muscles in the back along with pain.

These simple back stretches will help you in improving the range of motion or mobility in your back, reducing the stiffness, pain and also these stretches when done on a daily basis will help you in preventing back pain in future. These stretches are easy to do without any equipment but please do not do these stretches if it increases the pain in your back or if it increases the numbness or tingling in the leg.
