Here, I discuss how energy vampires drain your energy and luck. Energy vampires are individuals who look, act, and dress like you, but their sole purpose is to drain the energy from others.

There are two types of energy vampires: the unconscious and the conscious. Both are here to drain your energy, but the conscious ones are more dangerous as they are fully aware of their actions. When you're in a higher vibrational state, they tune into your frequency and pull you down to theirs, resulting in an energy loss. This is why you feel drained and triggered after spending time with them.

They are skilled communicators, charming you to open up, only to trigger painful emotions that lower your vibrational frequency. This loss in energy is then transferred to them.

Your outer reality reflects your inner reality. If you're often angry, you'll find more to be angry about; if you're happy and focused on love, you'll attract positivity. Life reflects your focus. When vibrating at a higher frequency, you attract similar energies, leading to what some call luck. Energy vampires tap into your frequency, triggering pain and lowering your vibration, draining your luck.

To prevent this, let go of past trauma, reprogram yourself, and live in a high vibrational state. This allows you to access your intuition fully and spot energy vampires more easily.
