A Traffic Violation is worth 4 lives in America now. Since 1924 when the driver's license was invented in the United States Corporation, Est 1878. The United States Corporation has been committing Fraud on American people NOT doing Commerce but Traveling since 1924. The United States Government Corporation has been Knowingly and Willingly committing Fraud with the driver's licenses.The United Supreme Court has ruled NO Driver's License is needed to travel on all American roads. This cop was attempting to contract with theses people for revenue and now 4 more lives where erased from this earth.
