Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia's divorce drama is heating up as Simon is on the hunt to prove that Porsha entered into the marriage under false pretenses.

Apparently Porsha's insistence on securing the "marital home" as her permanent residence is the key issue in the divorce at this time. Simon has filed documents with the court, contesting the interpretation of the pre-nup and has even offered Porsha a settlement to leave. Porsha, however, has refused any settlement offer and wants the pre-nup enforced specifically as written.

Guobadia is now contesting the pre-nup and has also asked the court to order Williams to provide several documents of correspondence between Porsha and her alleged side dude, her sister, her manager, and the production company for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, in an effort to prove that Porsha's intent of entering the marriage was a nefarious one.

Oddly enough, this situation is quite similar to Porsha's 1st divorce from Kordell Stewart, where she also fought in court documents to have access to his home.
