Kit Laney & His 3.5 DECADE battle for due process

A 4th generation Rancher from the mountains of New Mexico is handcuffed, shackled and chained, he is dressed in green as a federal prisoner.

He is charged with attacking armed Forest Service employees with bridle reins and spurs. He knows if he doesn't comply, the court can give him up to 50 years in Federal Prison.

Complying means he has to agree that he is not a natural born person with inherent and inalienable rights, protected under the United States and New Mexico constitutions. Instead he must agree with his court record as a legal persons.

The United States has complete legislative control of legal persons. A legal person is the creation of the United States and therefore their subject.

Why was he really there? He would not grant the United States title to his family's property.
