Richard E. Byrd Interview | South Pole | Operation Highjump

In 1947 Admiral Richard Byrd commanded 4000 troops, warships, and planes, on a Top Secret Expedition to the South Pole known as Operation High Jump. The U.S. claims the purpose of the operation was to prepare for and practice techniques for cold weather warfare. But for years rumours have swirled around the idea of secret Nazi bases, UFOs and alien races. But what if there was more land beyond the South Pole - a land mass larger than America?
