HardGainer Spring Bulk Day 51 - Switching to Full Body Workouts (Calisthenics)

this is day 52 of the hardgainer spring bulk and today is the start of a new change to the Workouts moving forward. I decided to increase my training frequency to 3 workouts a week, and also full body workouts. This means we are gonna be doing more Calisthenics than usual and also compound lifts due to the shorten workouts. If you are brand new, this series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 161lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2800 calories. I try to get around 250-500 calories above that everyday to add 1-2lb a month. I hope you enjoy!
