A 15 year old man in Eugene was beaten so badly by another student he underwent face surgery and now has four plates in his face.
The young man is black.
Yes, racial slurs are apart of this story and to make matters even worse, the young man is on the spectrum and doesn't understand why this happened.
Experts say school violence is on the rise and has been for the last two years.
But how this was handled is appalling.
