Broccoli - The Mini Wonder Tree

Broccoli, the mini wonder tree, has been around for centuries and was a favourite food of the Romans. It grows well in the sunshine and its’ name means arm or branch in Latin and it actually looks like a miniature tree. More studies are needed but, Broccoli is thought to protect against certain cancers making it a ‘must-have’ for a healthy diet as ‘we are what we eat.’
