Italians pay less council tax than we do here in the UK and Spain has a much better rubbish collection system than here in the UK. Local councils find it difficult to communicate between departments and even with their own colleagues. Why can’t countries, councils, departments and colleagues co-operate and communicate to make lives simpler, easier and less stressful for everyone?
