At 19, I didn’t have a care in the world. I was all about cars & thrill-seeking.😢😢

In 2014, on a rainy night, I was driving home when things took a crazy turn! A massive tree blocked the road, & I slammed on the brakes, but it was too late! My car flipped 3 times & flew 50 feet away. At that moment, I thought, “What if this is it? Have I really done anything with my life?”

I used to have big dreams of helping people, but during my teens, I got caught up in some bad stuff, but that fateful day changed everything.
Unbelievably, I survived without a single scratch. It was like a SECOND CHANCE at life!

But, after that, I started questioning– why did God save me? What’s my life’s purpose? 2 months later, I saw a homeless woman in awful shape on the streets. She was covered in ants & maggots. As I passed the spot of my accident, it hit me– maybe, this was why I got that second chance.

I went back to help her. I took her to the hospital, but they turned her away bcz of the maggots. So, I cleaned her up, and when she was released, I needed guidance. I asked a question on FB, and someone pointed me to an old-age home. The next day, the story made it to the newspaper, & it turned out the old woman’s family had been looking for her for a long time. They were finally reunited. I was ecstatic!

Soon after, I started getting messages about homeless people all over Hyderabad who needed help. I began rescuing them, cleaning them up, getting them medical care, & relocating them to old-age homes. People told me to focus on my studies & career, saying I was too young for all of this. But I couldn’t ignore my calling!

In 2017, I founded the Second Chance Foundation. Gradually, more people joined in & helped with funds. Today, we’ve a hospital with a team of 40 employees, and we run 3 shelter homes where over 200 individuals live. Even though I’ve many helping hands now, I still love taking care of them, from giving baths to changing diapers.

On this journey, I also met my wife. Her kind & compassionate heart stole mine. We share the same passion. Thank you, God, for giving me a second chance and choosing me to help others find theirs.❤️
