Belarusian President Lukashenko contradicted his closest ally, Russia’s Vladimir Putin over claims on Moscow’s concert hall attack. Lukashenko said the attackers who carried out last week's massacre, tried fleeing to Belarus first, but turned away because of checkpoints. Russia remanded in custody an eight suspect in the mass shooting at a Moscow concert hall. Russia said the US has backed itself into a corner by jumping the gun to lay blame on the Islamic State for the concert hall attack. Russian President Putin has called for “humanism and mercy” amid debate to reinstate death penalty, in the aftermath of the Moscow Attack. Ukraine’s Internal Affairs Minister shared a clip circulating online about mysterious "guys in blue sweaters” he said had been allegedly involved in the attack.
