TODAY we discuss the issues with DeSantis sneaky bill to violate freedoms and giving his government the right to violate your 4th amendment rights!

"I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery" is a translation of a Latin phrase that Thomas Jefferson used: "Malo periculosam, libertatem quam quietam servitutem."

1st Amendment:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Contextual explanation: government overreaching and violating 1st amendment rights people peaceably assembling (TikTok and other social media), freedom to redress of grievances via social media. Freedom of expression (expressing yourself online on social media).

4th Amendment:
"The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law."
Contextual explanation: Under the guise of caring about kids, DeSantis is violating parents rights to remain secure from unreasonable searches and seizures (vetting via social media, giving up IDs and exposing personal data to companies that don't even care about your privacy, honoring or protecting them. DeSantis also snuck in the adult content portion in the section for adults who are trying access the adult content which require them to verify their idenity as adults which is a violation of our rights to remain secure from big government overreach.

14th Amendment Protect Clause:
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
Contextual explanation: The government can't just make laws to violate other protection clause such as your first and fourth amendment rights.
