Foot placement on the hack will dictate which part of the leg will take the load of the weight. Both placement options in this video are correct. High and wide will focus on hamstring and glute while narrow will be more quad focused.
If you DO NOT want to grow your quads any larger, do not add hack squats to your workout routine. All
foot placements will still use quads, whether that be the sole focus or used secondary.
