S14E02 - Adding a Cooldown Cycle to a Typical Chinese Band Sealer

Fair notice! This video was not planned and not intended for novices. And, I don’t know how many people need a package (heat) sealer. But, to try to make it interesting to a wider audience, I thought I’d speak to other than “band sealer” options. Most, if not all, of which are cheaper. And, there was a huge afterthought (as a video inclusion) that doubles the length where we nerd-out a little bit.

You get to see this function twice (once in segment 1 and again in segment 2). PLEASE NOTE: The dial adjustment is set to “just operational” mode which says it’s 2 minutes. This knock-off is way, way, way off.

Omron specs say for the timer: (Time range: 0.5 to 10 min)
Accuracy of operating time, ±1% FS max. (0.5 s range: ±1%±10 ms max.) *1. Setting error ±10%±50 ms FS max.

Note: The video has been recorded at 1.2x playback speed. © 2023 Del Hollow Productions LLC
