A 102 Year old Man in a Wheelchair is Fined for not Being able to Clean up Graffiti on his Home by Thugs

• He’s constantly having to repaint because it doesn’t last long before there’s graffiti on it again.

• He’s lived there and paid taxes over the last 80 years.
