'All clear' given at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center

There no longer is a threat at the West Palm Beach VA Center on Military Trial. The center had limited access after a threat to the facility's grounds, the VA tweeted late Wednesday afternoon. The VA said at approximately 2:30 p.m. an allegation was made regarding a potentially unsafe situation on the campus.
