HardGainer Winter Bulk Day 39 - Back, Biceps & Forearms

this is day 39 of the hardgainer winter bulk and today we got Back, Biceps and Forearms (Pull Workout). This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 160lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2800 calories. I try to get around 250-500 calories above that everyday to add 1-2lb a month.
