It should not be possible to get this wrong for thousands of years!

Most Christians just glance over this when they are reading scripture, making assumptions about what it means, completely missing a critical teaching of the bible! Our "Gentile" perspective has blinded us to a super important teaching that Jewish believers already know.!

Falsely interpreted "bibles" HIDE the truth from us as well - because while it's true that most of us make assumptions that blind us to this even if we read a faithfully translated bible, there are a LOT of bibles that publish their 'own private interpretation' rather than faithfully translate the word of God.

After almost 40 years as a believer who made the same kind of assumptions as to what the word meant, I too casually skipped over it ! But the Lord finally opened my eyes and revealed the truth to me ! My jaw literally dropped that we could have missed something so important for literally thousands of years!
