Pro-Life Attorney Susan Swift digs deep into the numerous bills in front of the California legislature that are shocking, with one even supporting the murder of a baby born alive. Another wants to put Planned Parenthood in all the public schools. Recently in Washington State Planned Parenthood distributed a flyer to 8th graders telling them they could have sex with whoever they wanted as long as they weren't over 13 years old. That same flyer said that these young students could get an abortion, and not have to inform their parents. The most radical move by the planned parenthood run California Legislature is AB 2223, the infanticide bill. It passed the CA Senate in the dead of night last night. Why would you bring a bill about murdering a child that is born up for a vote at 10:30pm PT, if not to hide it? Now it heads to the full assembly for a floor vote, and if passed there (a certainty), on to Gov. Newsom’s desk. It will decriminalize abortion in demand through all nine months and beyond into the first month of a baby’s life. So yes... you read that right. A baby could be born for a month, and be murdered, and no investigation or charges can be brought against the murderers. How is this possible in a sane and civil society?

Here are some additional points of information:
Dobbs’ overturn of Roe v. Wade has invigorated the pro-life movement across the nation and in California. On the heels of passing the most radical abortion expansion bills, SB 1142, AB 2223, AB 2134, SB 1245, AB 2223, AB 2134, Prop 1 may motivate a pro-life grassroot push back at the polls in November.

Rasmussen Report has recently found 79% Percent of California Likely Voters Believe Abortion Should be Limited Within the First Six Months of Pregnancy. AB 2223 ignores the will of the California people.

Prop 1 may motivate pro-life turnout at polls. Cal Matters opinion author explained that the state legislature made a “huge mistake.”
