FSB prevents a Ukraine-linked terrorist attack in Samara region

According to the FSB, the suspect planned to set off a bomb at a humanitarian aid reception center in the Samara region. It is reported he had links to Ukrainian intelligence.

During the arrest, the individual detonated the explosive and died. No security officials or civilians were injured.
