HardGainer Winter Bulk Day 29 - QUADS (Home Workout)

this is day 29 of the hardgainer winter bulk and today we got a neck workout. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 159lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2700 calories. I try to get around 250-500 calories above that everyday to add 0.5-1lb a week.
