Clintonville woman charged with starting fire that killed developmentally disabled brother

A Clintonville woman, who is accused of setting a fire that killed her developmentally disabled brother, was charged Monday in Outagamie County Court. 27-year-old Dana Nachtrab faces first degree reckless homicide, arson and bail jumping charges.
