- 1 cup raw, unfiltered honey
- 2 tablespoons pure blackseed oil
- 1 tablespoon pure lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mineral salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix well, cap & label your jar.

Take 1 tablespoon, up to 3x daily. Half this dose for kids (ages 1+).

Keep in a cool, dark place up to one year.
