Russia mourns victims of concert shooting

People laid flowers at Crocus City Hall near Moscow on Sunday (March 24) after a deadly attack at the Russian concert hall. Residents in St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don also paid tribute to the victims on Saturday (March 23).
