Students at Detroit's Old Redford Academy walked out on Monday morning in protest of the alleged firing of multiple staff members, including the principal. Students walked out of the school holdings signs and chanting that they want their teachers back. Most believe Angela Stanley, and English teacher and senior advisor, as well as Principal Charges Davis were fired. 7 Action News has not been able to confirm their status with the school, but the students say they were let go after the school board discovered Stanley was helping with a fundraising effort for a school trip to see the movie "Black Panther."
